Shake and Bake Mix - Crispy

Combine all ingredients together:

 4 Cups crushed Corn Flakes
 4 Tablespoon Flour
 2 Tablespoons Sugar
 2 Tablespoon Sweet Paprika
 1 Tablespoon Tarragon
 1 Tablespoon Parsley
 1 Tablespoon Celery Seeds
 1 Tablespoon Oregano
 1 Tablespoon Basil
 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
 1 Tablespoon Coleman's Dry Mustard
 2 teaspoon Salt

Store the dry mix in an airtight container.

Ratio: 1/4 Cup equals one prepared package.

Pat chicken pieces dry.
Coat with oil or melted butter.
Place 1/4 Cup of the dry mix into a plastic bag.
Add chicken or pork one piece of at a time. Shake until meat is coated. Place the meat pieces onto a greased baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes at 425°, or until done.
