Combine all ingredients together:
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 Tablespoons Sweet Paprika
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar (packed)
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Rubbed Sage
3/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
3/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Store the dry mix in an airtight container.
Shake on to both sides of pork cutlets, or pork chops. Place the meat pieces onto a greased baking sheet, turn once while baking.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350°, or until done.
