Friar Tuck's Bread     &     Roasted Garlic



Friar Tuck's Bread

Mix all of these ingredients together:
 1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
 1 grated 8-oz. block jack cheese
 1/2 onion, finely chopped
 1 tsp. lemon juice

Spread mixture onto:
 1 loaf of sweet French Bread,
      (sliced lengthwise)

Sprinkle with:
 Parmesan cheese
 Garlic powder

Broil til topping is browned and bubbling.

Roasted Garlic

Prepare the garlic:
 Remove loose coverings from the garlic.
 Cut off enough of the bulb's top to expose the garlic cloves inside.
 When using elephant garlic, seperate each clove and cut its top off.
 Drizzle olive oil onto a baking sheet.
 Place bulbs onto a baking sheet, top side up.
 Drizzle the top of the bulbs/cloves with olive oil.
 Cover with foil, bake 30 minutes at 350°.

Serving:
 Squeeze the baked cloves onto Melba Toast, or a bread of your choice.
 Consider mixing the baked cloves with cream cheese.

 Serve with wine and happiness.
