Chili Relleno Casserole

Mix all of these ingredients together, then set aside.
 4 eggs
 1 1/2 cups milk
 1/2 cup flour
 1/2 tsp. salt
 dash of pepper

Brown in skillet. Set aside.
 1 pound hamburger
 1/2 cup chopped onions

Open. Set aside.
 3 small cans Ortega whole green chillis

Grate. Set aside.
 1 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese

In a casserole pan, layer:

    half of the chilis, then
    hamburger and onions, then
    all of cheese, and then
    the rest of the chilis.
    Pour egg/milk mixture over all.

Bake in 350 oven for 40-50 minutes.
