Chicken (or Pork) Casserole

Prepare as directed on box:
 1 box Chicken Rice-a-Roni

Put the finished Rice-a-Roni into a casserole dish.

In a skillet, saute:
2 Tablespoons of butter
4 - 6 boneless chicken thighs
      (or an equal amount of pork)


Place the cooked meat on top of the Rice-a-Roni

Saute in the remaining butter:
1 diced onion
3 stalks of celery, diced


Add, stir, and bring to a boil
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 Cup of water


Pour the soup mixture over the chicken (or pork) and rice.
Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
Remove covering, bake 10 more minutes before serving.
