Heat a wok, or a deep sided skillet with: 2 Tablespoons oil Add to the oil and saute' until the onions are translucent Clean and slice lengthwise: 1 pound raw brussels srpouts (cleaned and slice lengthwise) 1 pound potatoes (peeled and diced) 1 bay leaf Add, fry for 5 minutes, stir occassionally. 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 white onion, chopped Add 1/2 cup chicken stock Salt and pepper Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
