Easy Blueberry Cobbler
Heat oven to 350o F.
Grease or spray Pam into a 9" x 13" retangle baking dish, or 9" x 13" oval, deep-dish baking dish.
Melt:
1 stick of butter, set aside
Mix together, then pour into the baking dish:
1 can Blueberry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple & juice. (same size as blueberry can)
Sprinkle on top of the pie filling:
1 yellow cake mix (dry)
Drizzle on top of the dry cake mix:
1 stick melted butter
Using a 9" x 13" rectangle, baking dish:
Bake at 350-degrees for 60 minutes (1 hour).
After the first 30 minutes, poke holes in the topping to allow the juices to rise as they bubble up. Continue baking.
Using a 9" x 13" oval, deep-dish baking dish:
Bake at 350-degrees for 90 minutes (1.5 hours).
After the first 50 minutes, poke holes in the topping to allow the juices to rise as they bubble up. Continue baking.
Cool or refrigerate and serve with ice cream.
