Mix together until it is very liquid:
3 - eggs
1 - banana (previously frozen) *
Then, add to the egg/banana and mix together:
1 - 18 oz Yellow Cake Mix
Add to mix and fold gently together:
1 - 15 - 20 oz can Apple Pie Filling **
Pour into a 9" x 13" deep-dish, greased pan.
In a separate bowl, mix the topping:
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 Cup Flaked Coconut
1/2 Cup chopped Pecans
Sprinkle over the batter and marble into the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes.
Icing: mix together and drizzle over hot cake:
3/4 Cup powderd sugar
5 teaspoons milk
* Keep over-ripe bananas. Peel them, place one per ziplock bag. Freeze.
** Use any canned pie filling that you like.
